What makes Comicpalooza the largest pop culture festival in Texas?
Over 2,000 hours of entertaining activities and over 1.2 million square feet of event space at the George R. Brown Convention Center in Houston, TX. 2019 will be our tenth anniversary and we are expecting the best show to date!
Last year’s attendees had access to sessions covering popular trends and obscure topics; a film festival, gaming competitions, cosplay contests, a live art auction, and much more. The exhibit hall was filled with specialty retailers for comics, popular artists, and exciting games. In addition, the Maker’s Space and NASA Showcase featured innovative technology, while the kid’s area was both fun and educational.
Celebrity guests from our favorite movies, television series, comics, or literature answered questions and shared their stories, they engaged audiences in Q&A sessions, signed autographs, and took photographs with fans. We welcomed Chuck Norris, Finn Jones, Anthony Mackie, Jon Bernthal, Mike Colter, Felicia Day, Pom Klementieff, and so many more celebrity guests.
