BEST COSPLAY DIVISION (consider things like were the qualify of cosplayers on the exhibition floor top notch, were the quality of cosplayers in the cosplay competition top notch, did cosplayers travel from far and wide to attend this event, were there quality awards given to the winners of the cosplay competition)

*In order to qualify you must receive a minimum of 25 votes, you must have your convention listed on comicon adventures for the year you wish to be eligible for an award (basic free listing is fine).
