Very rude

My granddaughter was so excited to go to this. She had gotten tickets for her birthday. Her mom spent extra money to get her autograph. When it was her turn instead of paying attention to her she was on her cell phone. She was so disappointed. She said hi and payed no attention to her. I thought that was very rude.
